You may invite guests up to the maximum sleeping capacity of the villa.

What is included as standard with my stay?

Our Signature Offering includes:

  • A dedicated Villa Host from booking to departure
  • 24/7 concierge services and personalised stay arrangements
  • Daily continental breakfast from 9 am to 11 am
  • Housekeeping services seven days a week
  • Access to nearby 5-star resorts' dining and spa facilities (subject to availability)
  • Luxury amenities (bathrobes, slippers, signature scents, towels, linens, toiletries)
  • In-villa kids' activities and entertainers (subject to availability)

How much do the kids' services cost?

Kids' entertainers are included in our rate, subject to availability from 9 am to 5 pm. Additional services are available upon request with a tailored quote.

Where are the villas located?

Our villas are privately owned and situated along the coastal regions of Mauritius, each offering a unique setting for your stay.

Is there parking available at the villas?

Yes, complimentary parking is available at all villas.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and charged at half the nightly rate for up to 5 hours outside standard check-in/out times. For longer extensions, a full night's rate applies.

Where can I get groceries?

You can shop at nearby supermarkets or request grocery delivery through your Villa Host (a fee applies). However, our in-villa dining options offer convenience and a more relaxed stay.

Are the villas part of a hotel?

No, our villas are privately owned, standalone properties offering an authentic experience. Guests can access nearby partner hotels' restaurants and spa facilities through their Villa Host.

Do you provide transfers?

Yes, your Villa Host can arrange transfers and a variety of activities for you.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Yes, many villas are located near renowned restaurants. Your Villa Host can recommend and make reservations or arrange for a private chef at your villa.

Can we split our stay between different villas?

Yes, you can split your stay between two or more villas. We will handle all logistics for a smooth transition.

What is the weather like in Mauritius throughout the year?

Mauritius enjoys a tropical climate with warm temperatures year-round. Summer (November to April) is hot and humid (24°C-34°C), while winter (May to October) is cooler and drier (18°C-24°C). Your Villa Host can provide specific weather updates.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Generally, there is a minimum stay of 5 nights, but shorter stays may be possible depending on availability. Contact us for details.

Is a Villa Host available during my stay?

Yes, each villa has a dedicated Villa Host to assist with all your needs, from activities to restaurant bookings.

What is included with the Half Board or Full Board meal plan?

  • Half Board: Breakfast and a multi-course dinner prepared by your chef.
  • Full Board: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all customised to your preferences.

What if I arrive earlier or depart later than the check-in/out times?

Request early check-in or late check-out 48 hours in advance. If unavailable, we can arrange an activity or secure the villa for an additional fee.

How do you handle food restrictions or allergies?

Before your stay, you'll receive a questionnaire to inform us of any dietary needs. Our chef and villa team will ensure your requirements are met.

What about insects and animals in the villa?

Mauritius is a tropical island, and while we conduct pest control, you may encounter insects or small animals. They are a natural part of the tropical environment and not harmful.

Is laundry included?

Yes, one washing load per day is included. Additional loads can be arranged at an extra charge. Guests can also do their own laundry upon request.

Do you offer special rates for long stays?

Yes, we offer discounts for extended stays:

  • 15 to 28 nights: 5% discount
  • 28 to 90 nights: 20% discount
  • 91 nights and above: 35% discount

These offers are not combinable with others.

How do I book activities and excursions?

Your Villa Host can arrange any activities or excursions during your stay. Let them know your preferences, and they’ll handle the rest.
